As I grew older, my love for cooking deepened. I dedicated countless hours to perfecting classic Filipino recipes, from the crispy delight of Lechon kawali to the rich comfort of kare-kare. Encouraged by the praise of friends and family, I felt driven to share my culinary talents with the world.
Taking a leap of faith, I launched a small food stall at the local market. With a simple setup and unwavering determination, I introduced my community to the authentic flavours of Filipino cuisine. The response was overwhelming; customers quickly fell in love with my home-cooked meals, and word spread rapidly. Soon, catering requests began to pour in.
Recognising the increasing demand, I strategically expanded my business to include catering services.
